Over several years, as an in-house designer I worked on exhibition graphics for software companies, creating visual materials for B2B software exhibitions, including booth graphics, printed materials, and large-scale event visuals.
The goal of this work was to ensure strong visibility in visually crowded expo environments while maintaining clear and effective communication of complex software products.
Designing exhibition graphics for software companies presents a specific challenge: the product is intangible, and in many cases cannot be visually demonstrated due to NDA restrictions. This requires translating complex, abstract services into clear and engaging visual communication without relying on product screenshots or interface elements.
The visual approach evolved over time, adapting to changing exhibition formats, product focus, and communication needs. Rather than following a fixed style, each iteration aimed to improve clarity, readability, and adaptability across different contexts.
I developed a flexible visual system that could be applied to various formats — from large booth structures to supporting printed materials — while maintaining a clean, minimal, and highly legible aesthetic.
As a result, the company was able to reuse core booth designs across multiple events without constant redesign, while maintaining strong presence and recognition in competitive exhibition spaces.
